This nomogram is a tool designed to predict the degree of the risk of lymph node metastasis in patients with pT1 tumor who have undergone endoscopic or surgical resection.
Prospective data from 4,673 colorectal cancer patients treated between 2009 and 2016 at 27 JSCCR institutions were utilized to establish the nomogram, which was developed based on the data from 3,080 patients and validated for predictive accuracy using the data from 1,593 patients.
The C-index was calculated as 0.784 for development cohort and 0.790 for validation cohort, respectively.
As stated above, this nomogram has been developed solely from data of Japanese patients.
Please note that the fitness and clinical application value of this nomogram have not been confirmed in those in other countries.
